i think it honestly just depends on how the medication is prescribed and how the person uses it, obv diabetic ppl need it to survive so i don’t really have anything to say there, but ppl just using it to “starve” is a not going to help them in the long term

because they never learned proper habits surrounding food and health. the rapid weight loss from ozempic also leads to muscle loss long with the fat, which is another reason alongside rapid weight loss as to why people on ozempic end up with tons of loose skin.

i’m pretty sure most people with “fast metabolisms” only burn like 200 calories more than someone normal (the opposite is true for people with PCOS/thyroid issues). CI/CO is literally physics it will work for everyone.

1:23 fasting or omad with 2 workout sessions a day (cardio and weights). no junkarexia, eat at least a cup of green vegetables like spinach before eating anything else. this way you can loose weight quickly without destroying your metabolism.
