Monday-Thursday will be 655 cals (hard limit 930) Friday (metab day) is 1205 cal but full of fibre, protein and healthy fats (+ spread throughout the day) On weekends, i’ll aim for 655 cal but up to 1100 is okay as long as I hit 10k+ steps for the whole week
