Last month I attended 2-day training on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for workplace success. Tbh, 2 days amat tak cukup because the external trainer was really good and it was fun-filled class. Just sharing some notable learning points. 🙂.This is thread.

You kenal my dad ke? He gave us all money to buy our house sebab tu tujuan dia hidup same like us work hard for our kids to provide them a better life. It just to amplify that my late dad has the mindset of provider until the end of his life not like some men nafkah pun culas.

Been thru stage 10-12 before. 🥲. And the only escape I found was running, ran a lot, accumulating 70km+ that particular month. Found and learned different coping mechanism and trying hard not to reach that phase again. 🥲🙃🙂
