I always say to people who say that they "don't want to be rich, just comfortable", to calculate the cost of "just comfortable".
Meaning work out the cost of the things you actually want, the actual dollar figures and add them all up.
"Comfortable" looks a whole lot like "rich".

The way I see it, if I'm gonna spend on it, I might as well own it also...
I suspect in a year or 2 it's a strategy that'll work out very well for me...
