it has a lot to do with poise atm, poise is so prevalent and powerful in this game that you either have to have giga poise yourself or run bleed. If poise gets reined in then it would allow a lot more freedom in builds because you don't have to choose between 2 options.

Ngl the build you just mentioned is probably just as good if not better than RoB, I was messing around with the scav swords and they go crazy, they got the best running R1 in the game. Can't blame you tho, all that stuff is fun asf

PVP is the same story imo, RoB gets outclassed by other weapons when used by good players simply because outside of ganks, getting someone to get hit by corpse piler when stuff like bloodhounds step and Dynast's finesse exists is way harder then something like naginatas or scavs
