We HAVE to make state colleges/universities free for those who qualify. I attended a NY State U in the 70's. I think 4 years of tuition was $4k or so. I worked in food service and was an RA in the dorms so all of that was free. It's absolutely nuts these day. Stop the insanity

Thinking back, I erred. Tuition was free because I had a NY State academic scholarship (I was a bum but I tested well). So the $4k was four years of expenses. My parents struggled to pay so I worked summers and evenings to cover some of it. That would never work today

It's outrageous. The Supremes essentially ruled that the bump stocks don't modify the firing mechanism of the gun to into an automatic weapon. Rather it's just a simple finger vibrator that allows you to fire the gun at the rate of an automatic weapon. Insanity!
