This is Leah Chase, she died in 2019 on the first of June. (Rest in Peace) She was a legendary chef in Louisiana with a restaurant called Dooky’s Chase Restaurant. She was beloved in her community and very well known for her many recipes, but especially her Creole Cuisine.
