Low sex drive is what can be caused by hormone imbalance, and can be "fixed". Asexuality is defined by lack of sexual attraction, and is not "fixed", the same way you cannot "fix" a homosexual by giving them hormones. Asexuals can still have a sex drive just not "for" anybody :)
