As someone who has experienced acne and has been dealing with it for a few years, most adult acne cases can be attributed to dysregulation of hormones (basically an increase in free testosterone levels). Spearmint tea has shown to have anti-androgenic properties. (2)

My father was a victim of gross negligence by a doctor which lead to his demise. I was reading up on malpractice laws for the USMLE and I got so angry because I realized that doctor is out there endangering other peoples' lives.
