Just my personal opinion, but please enlighten me; why a medical student who has gone thru 4-5 years of medical school would need a tutor for USMLE prep ? Why would you pay for all those courses ? There are plenty of free resources/online platforms to gather info.

How about i tell you about a Rheumatologist in Chi town, who use IMGs to run his private practice from 7-5, make em work like resident, and when they ask for LOR, his response is work another month and then we will see.
