an update to the earthbound 64 model drive is coming soon, personal commitments permitting. i will be including blender 2.7x compatible files for all existing models with the update, since the old internal renderer achieves the lighting much better.

majora's mask deserves another remake. i like the overall translation between 64 and 3ds environments but i really miss the gloomier/murkier aesthetic the n64 version had. the over-brightening also kind of kills the 3ds version for me as well.

mother 2 footage was shown off in 1992 and i believe was scheduled for that year, but was delayed to 1994. this could be before ness' design was finalized in the clay models. benimaru itoh did the mother 2 manga also, so that could also be an indication when that started.
