A big loophole is that an Indian or other South Asian Muslim who looks "indic" could easily go into a temple wearing Hindu accoutrement but a Balinese Hindu who is actually Hindu would be barred because he doesn't "look" Hindu i.e Indian.
I feel bad for her. She was super excited after wearing saari and visiting temple with her husband but she wasn’t allowed at temple. She was even saying she is Hindu.
