There're great San Serif fonts like Helvetica and Future or even free ones like lato. But raleway naah

I'd say learn both but Webfloe first. To me, Framer feels more applied when compared with Webflow. I'm not a dev but it kinda feels the same when you're advised to learn javascript first, then any of its frameworks
