I worked 18-20 hours daily for months last year. I was doing 3 jobs (and like 3 personal projects) and slaving away, thinking I was hustling…stuff like this got me extremely dishonest with myself about my abilities.
The result?
I performed woefully in almost everything I was
8 hours of sleep in your 20s?
It's either you' re dead or your dreams are.
How can you be spending 1/3rd of your life sleeping?
What will you do when you're old and weak?
There's time for everything please.

Genuine questions that need to be asked, really.
- What is a clear and proven pathway for the brand designer in Nigeria?
Secure a remote job? An on-site job? Start an agency? Continue to freelance full time?

90% of design work is really just structured thinking.
Talking with newer designers, one thing I always look out for as a growth metric is how they approach problems, I encourage them to take a structured approach to everything. From a logo to a fully prototyped app.
