i used to drink a similar protein water but the protein used was collagen which isn’t a complete protein (it’s missing some amino acids) so if you care about that it’s worth checking what the protein source is! i now use myprotein clear whey which is 20g protein and 85-90 cals

unless you are lactose intolerant you still produce lactase, your gut can handle casein. they don’t add starch to coagulate the protein, a simple google search shows they use rennet or acid to lower the pH. all of us are already afraid of food so don’t make make it worse

there should be a fat camp for people with EDs so we’d be pushed to lose weight faster, do exercise with our ED friends and not get kicked out for being underweight. i know it’s unethical but you can’t say it wouldn’t be fun 🤗
