id rather eat the 800 and burn 200 since its probably the same weightloss wise but your body has the chance to get some more vitamins and exercise is good for u too

i just mash a small banana (around 75g) mix it with 30g of oat flour and add an egg. the just throw everything in a pan nonstick pan and fry on medium to low heat 🫶🏻
