@ExplosiveEnema2 Sorry, just seen this one. It’s a one person procedure to be honest so I suspect ‘assisting’ means ‘watching whilst sterile’ but I also don’t know this for sure as I wasn’t there. But, if supervised by a qualified SpR, I would absolutely let an FY1 do this procedure
