Goodness:landed nearly on time despite delays in TelAviv. Welcomed with flowers (๐๐ป @EL_AL_AIRLINES!), VIP welcome courtesy of @ISNkidneycare (๐๐ป!) & thro immigration, got checked bag & into my own bus (!) in 40mins! V efficient airport. Feeling v welcome in #Thailand โบ๏ธ #ISNWCN

Chose #nephrology aged 26; โof course you can do it but canโt be part-timeโ. At 29 chose my PhD supervisor as his opening line was โgreat time to have a babyโ. Didnโt succeed til my post doc.Worked full time++ til they were 7 & 9. 2 fine young humans despite my benign neglect

@arghavan_salles Itโs beautiful & my darling niece, who died 2 wks ago, would applaud - โpurple is a state of mindโ was her motto). I had a temp blue streak & wore a lot of colour to honour her at her funeral on Wed. V tempted to get a permanent blue fringe - it wonโt make less of a nephrologist
