As a non Muslim, here's my observation: when I see Sajat, I just see a fun character living her life.
But when I see someone in kopiah taking bribes, or someone in purdah having an affair with someone else's husband - that's some form of representation.
Sajat TikTok lives are so entertaining. Orang tengok dia masak, chat macam kawan2, laugh along the jokes, many said they like to watch Sajat to relieve stress. Sajat does not influence anyone, never asked anyone to be doing anything, just simply exist.

If I'm not wrong, can drag to court to get reimbursement - under civil law. There was a case (lupa nama) where the girl's side cancelled the wedding last min and the guys side managed to claim the money spent. Not sure if this would apply but worth checking?
