Slander, apologise, repeat -There is wrong, there is right, then there's the law. Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act of 1988 makes it an offence to make offensive remarks online. Article: Now let’s talk precedent.

Would you consider this littering? If yes, s133 of the SDBA 1974 makes it an offence to deposit '... article or thing in public places', and can be arrested without a warrant and be fined up to RM500, and up to RM1000 for subsequent offences.

Be angry wisely. Rape is defined under s375 Penal Code, and s375(g) makes it an offence to have sex with a minor (with or without consent). Hence the wording. Punishment: 376(2)(f) - Apparently he obtained 'consent' using his authority. Just confusing legal terms. #whatsrightmy
