Plenty of other reasons for eviction. My friend just had to evict a tenant after she refused to leave when her lease was up. She caused thousands of dollars of damage on her way out too. He will recoup some of it through garnishments at least.

It was an Outlet store, so 346 brand. Much lower quality. Of course this was years ago so it was higher quality than what they have now; They filed for bankruptcy in 2020 and were bought out. Not the same company anymore.

Grew up in a small town, currently am surrounded by them. Can confirm you rarely (if ever) see car jackings, armed robberies, or other quality of life crimes. Gas drive-offs we’re about the only regular occurrence (before pre-pay became standard)

I never believed in them, still don’t to be honest, but had sever back pain that required a visit to the ER a few years ago and was willing to try anything. Went to a guy I knew from college expecting the weeks of sessions. In 3 days though my pain was cured.
