hit 3 big milestones in lifting yesterday. set these goals over a year ago. locked em all in on the same day.
• 3 plate bench (315lb)
• 4 plate squat (405lb)
• 5 plate deadlift (495lb)
feels good after many set backs and plateaus, to finally get em.

went on a bike ride with my son for the first time this weekend.
riding around toronto, on roads (fuck ya bike lanes) and thru parks together, cracking jokes, went for breakfast, saw his friends from school, grabbed ice cream, weather was perfect.
