Fitness things I am proud of from 2023-now:
-Finishing my first ever half marathon after 4.5 months with zero running base
-315lb bench press for 6 reps
-405 deadlift for 3 reps
-405 squat for 3 reps
-120lb incline dumbell press for 6
*I have been lifting for ~15 years.
Wake up at 6 am (or whatever time you feel is necessary) DO NOT HIT SNOOZE.
This is your first micro win of the day.
No phone for the first hour - start small and add additional time if needed
Don't let your phone & its contents dictate your morning and potentially your day
Next:
I then spend some time writing via a journal entry with these 5 questions:
1.) What's 1 thing I am proud of?
2.) What are 3 things I am grateful for?
3.) What are 3 micro goals to help win the day?
4.) What's 1 thing yesterday that was tough but I overcame?
Then:
Make your bed (this whole routine is based on small micro wins)
Then, drink 24 OZ of water.
This will help replenish and kickstart your energy levels while draining wasteful toxins.

My parents are f*cking awesome and they’ve created an amazing family culture with our 4 siblings and partners.
I wouldn’t trade them or our family dynamic for anything.
I feel bad for those who don’t have it that way. Truly do. Nothing can beat it.
After that:
I spend time writing and verbalizing affirmations. Here is how I do it:
I write out my macro goals and then speak them to myself.
Example: I want to start my own consulting business.
After I write it, I say "I am grateful I have my own consulting business"
You're all done and on with your day by 8am!
I can accomplish these 9 micro-wins in a 2-hour window.
That means I just had 9 micro-wins before my day really gets started.
ME TIME: to make sure I am living abundantly.
Adjust your wake-up time to your lifestyle and thrive!
5th step:
If you're lucky enough to do so, shoot a text or call your mom/dad (or another loved one) -- even if it's something quick.
The whole idea is to get your mind right, and this is something that helps me.
7th step:
Some form of movement for at least 20 minutes. For me that could look like this:
-Peloton
-Walk outside
-A run
-Stretching
-Yoga
-Functional Fitness
Whatever it is, get your body moving first thing in the morning. Insane benefits.
6th step:
Some form of breathing exercise or meditation
Even if it's a few big deep breaths, this will help connect your mind & body and shuffle out any lingering thoughts.
You may not realize it..
But the adversity you’re going through right now?
May be the best thing to ever happen to you.
Be patient, keep controlling what you can, and good things will happen on the other side.
You won’t regret getting started today in 5 years.
You will likely regret not getting today started in 5 years.
The choice is yours. Which will you choose?
You'll never feel worse after saying yes to something that aligns with your core values.
You'll almost always feel worse after saying yes to something that doesn't.
The choice is always yours!

Last week, I crossed $20k in revenue from side-income projects.
And on Monday, I'll be releasing my first ever digital product.
Here's my journey of how I got here over the last 9-months:

When starting anything new, accept you’ll likely suck at it for the first 3 weeks. and accept you likely won’t see progress for that time either.
Accepting this helps drive discipline to keep going.
Most people quit in the first month bc they don’t see progress.
What people think they need to start to change:
-The perfect time
What people actually need to start to change:
-Acceptance
-Consistency
-Discipline
-Courage
-Action
Focus on progress, not perfection.
This morning, I was featured by

How I built a 6 figure side business in 12 months.
Pretty incredible to be honest.
Justin has had a massive impact on my growth and opening my eyes to doing things that help others and bring me fulfillment

That's why you have a smaller wedding use funds to help people get there.
Also, anyone saying an 85-year old wouldn't enjoy a weekend in Tuscany has never been to Tuscany. They'd happily get on that plane.

Hey Lori,
Nice chatting just now &
When you accept that failure is inevitable...
You can embrace it rather than run from it.
And when you embrace it, you can learn from it.
And when you learn from failure, you grow from it.
It starts with acceptance.
Today is a great day to:
-Call your parents if you still get to.
-Tap into gratitude and write it down.
-Do that 1 thing you've been putting off.
-Shift your self-talk from negative to positive.
-Do something today your future self will thank you for.
Control the controllable.
My reality at age 27:
• 60-lbs overweight
• Neck deep in debt
• Gambling addiction
• Waking up hungover
• Could barely help myself
• Moved back home with parents
• Anxious, sad, worried & hopeless
• Externally dependent for my happiness
My reality at age 30:
• Debt free

yeah well anyone with a brain would
know they’re completely different teams.
All Star teams go to Williamsport… Travel/AAU teams go to Cooperstown🤣🤣🤣
Procrastination leads to delaying your progress towards your goals.
Daily action leads to accelerating your progress towards your goals.
The choice in both scenarios is yours.
Which are you choosing?
What people think they need to get started:
-The perfect time
What does not exist:
-The perfect time
Don't hold your breath if you're waiting for the perfect time to get started.
In the last 24 months, I've paid off +$100k of bad debt and lost 60 lbs.

The 12-step program helps people overcome the nastiest addictions.
Here are 5 core principles from the 12-step program you can apply to any problem in your life and help you think & live differently today.
4 years ago today, I almost lost everything because of my gambling addiction.
-I was caught again by my parents and gave them no choice but for them to give me an ultimatum.. either get help or lose them & my family forever
-My credit score was in the 400’s
-I had blown through
@SahilBloom
I’ve noticed my burnout comes from when my actions are not in alignment with my core values, my why and my integrity.
That includes slowing down to go faster in the end.
I'm seeing more and more people with less than 5, most less than 3, years of sales experience starting consultant agencies. How are these people getting hired?
Who is trusting these people with building their GTM/ Sales Process?
Today, I start to write my next chapter.
Officially joining the

Every decision leads to a new road to travel down.
It's all in the plan!
Hit quota last night and still have more to come.
Going to be one of the best quarters / half’s of my career.
Always important to make a big impact your first 9 months and I’ve done that. (1 quarter ramping and the last 2 on full quota)
Insanely grateful to be at this point
The law of Addition By Subtraction
Before adding new habits, consider what bad behaviors you can eliminate first.
Want to save money? Eliminate wasteful spending
Want to lose weight? Eliminate excess calories
Want to improve your mindset? Eliminate self-limiting beliefs
Here's the single best piece of advice I've gotten for dealing with resentment.
It's helped me reframe how I feel in the most profound moments of negativity.

If you want a different life for yourself, you need to change your daily actions and choices.
It's the only path to a different reality for yourself.

Underrated prospecting tip:
Go to: ListenNotes (dot) com!
It's a search engine for podcasts.
Step 1: Enter your prospect name (usually C Level)
Step 2: Look at the summary for key takeaways of podcasts they were on
Step 3: Find a takeaway that's relevant to the problem you
