Basically every school in the us was replaced or majorly remodeled in the 2000's, with very low interest rate short term bonds just like in the twenties. They now have to roll those bonds over routinely and rates are going up, so all of these districts are effectively bankrupt.

The photo of him was taken from inside of a building by a SS sniper, per the SS. The dark colored retaining wall and angle of photo all point to the SS sniper being on the second floor where they would have been able to see him on the roof before the shooting.

I went to a "teachers college". I shared many classes with future teachers although I was in a different major. The classes were SO EASY, it was like dumbed down high school, with little to no homework. Two credit hours of pedagogy classes does not a make a teacher.
