@DonLew87
This one is my personal favorite of the two defamation suits. Fox's guests somehow created a narrative that Smartmatic machines flipped votes in 27 states. (Smartmatic equipment was used in only 1 state.)
@SassyODaisy
@xactlywhatusaid
@MikeSington
After being completely demonized by the right for having the audacity to say they didn't like G.W. Bush (which is EXACTLY what MAGA says these days) The Dixie Chicks came back and won Album of The Year.
@aintscarylarry
@SarahIronside6
Apparently her home schooling never had any lessons in the Nuremburg trials.
GOP education policy will continue this trend.
@JustAskLeo
@joncoopertweets
Right... we're supposed to ignore it when there's a mound of evidence that crimes were committed,, simply because the people involved are our political opponents.
@ShannonS84
@OccupyDemocrats
Willis notified GA official that this was coming... she notified them in MAY.
If the timing is suspicious to you, consider that it may be the GOPers that are trying to divert media attention away from this indictment.
@helenlewis
The question that always follows is, "How can this happen?"
The answer is simple: a substantial portion of the male population is raised to believe that the female population is "less than."
@KellyScaletta
Here's the thing: MAGA is perfectly willing to disenfranchise THOUSANDS of legally eligible voters in order to stop 2 or 3 cases of voter fraud.
They literally do not want high voter turnout.
@randomdogginess
@AntiToxicPeople
He claims his "friends" in academia think his verbal "weave" is "brilliant."
Imagine being a professor (of any college subjects) trying to grade that test answer.
@MoneyZelensky
@harris_wins
Um... The former president hired two different groups to "find" all the fraud he was claiming (such as the stuff you just mentioned) and the results came back..... A BIG FAT ZERO.
@sb_wight
@EmmaScott
What a coincidence! That number looks a lot like the rate for voter fraud, except that the voter fraud rate has more zeros between the decimal and the 3.
No shortage of suggestions when it comes to new laws to prevent voter fraud.
@ZaleskiLuke
@Acyn
How many of the J6 defendants got arrested because they went home and posted their homemade J6 videos all over the internet, complete w/ pro-MAGA rhetoric?
@DonLew87
If it's not about $$, then my guess would be that the C- business school student kept insisting that he knows the law better than his lawyers.
@GuntherEagleman
@Liz_Cheney
Overwhelming majority of those who testified to J6 Committee were Trump-supporting GOPers... but according to MAGA, they're all lying.
And of course... they think PO1135809 is being honest.
@mail_american
@tribelaw
Pay close attention.
Making a phone call is legal.
But if the phone call is made in the furtherance of a crime, said phone call is not legal.
The crime alleged is Conspiracy to Defraud the United States.
@Mar50cC5O
@TheRickyDavila
W/ more than 3,200 Federal relief workers on the ground in the area, I would argue that there are lots of fingers being lifted.
@paulapoundstone
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REPOST THIS!!!!
Thousands of legally eligible registered voters were purged from the voter rolls in VA.
VA voters should be reminded that if they have trouble at the polls, they are entitled to cast a PROVISIONAL ballot.
@NeilWMcCabe2
@JohnFugelsang
The Eastman memo and the Cheesebro documents disprove your theory.
There is a boatload of evidence that the former president conspired to defraud the United States.

The point is, taxpayers are funding the rest stop, and there needs to be food available there.
If Chick-fil-A is unwilling to fulfill the services needed (even on Sundays) they shouldn't be bidding for the contract.
@YourWebmiester
@krassenstein
This sounds like you're trying to argue that they'll never be "white" enough.
Because certainly, they were holding down jobs. Some of them are business owners and are CREATING jobs. English-speaking, kids in school.
Law-abiding (can't say that about TFG).
@humorMEplzz
@ImKnotTheOne
Doctors say her future fertility is at risk. This woman actually WANTS to have another baby.
This is NOT the business of the state of TX--or any other state.
@backroadsrule
@marceelias
How does anyone think this is bad?
Are you under the impression that only Harris voters will forget to date (or incorrectly date) their ballots?
@JonIsTheFuture
@faithmrose
@DenesTorteli
Or... you could admit that you don't know jack about party nominations, or elections.
I'm betting you're still spouting Big Lie conspiracy theories any chance you get.
@BidensWins
I'm always encouraged by the news in your posts, and I don't doubt that they're true.
But links would be helpful to those of us who want to see what you're seeing.
@RonFilipkowski
Scotland has plenty of company on the list of folks "hoodwinked" by PO1135809.
There's 74 million voters in the United States that are on that list.
@JoelSchamber
@JoJoFromJerz
You're kidding right?
Rainbows on the White House lawn aren't at all debilitating to the country.
The behavior of the House GOP most certainly is.

I can assure you that kids still pray in school... every time there's a pop quiz.
No one is removing God from schools. It's just that we're not giving his lessons a microphone.
We are not a Christian country. We're a country where you are free to be a Christian... or not.
@Roshan_Rinaldi
She's not on the Supreme Court. There actually ARE consequences for her if she failed to report.
And if "technical issues" give her that much trouble, she has no business being a federal judge.

@TexasTrump2024
You can see rioters breaking the window to the barricaded door.
You can see the armed police on the other side of the door.
You can see that when she falls, she's falling from a position where she's trying to climb through the window.
@RonFilipkowski
Someone needs to remind
@charliekirk11
that defamation is not protected speech.
Besides, this wasn't the govt. going after Rudy. It was two hard-working ladies from Georgia.
@thomasododo01
@OccupyDemocrats
2 possibilities:
He's in denial about it (everyone "loves" him) or
He loves himself so much he can't be bothered enough to care about what anyone else thinks.

impeach his credibility?
When did he have any credibility?
I like that you used the word "impeach" though. Well done.

Nothing illegal or shady about notice and cure.
Of course we know EXACTLY why the MAGAs are trying to suppress legal votes. They know they'll lose.

I did check this on the state of PA website.
It's not true.
I posted a link already.
Where is the link your getting your numbers from?

The State complained.
I imagine it has to do w/ issues of tax evasion AND abiding by the terms of his business certificates.
@Jdanker22
@kaitlancollins
It was definitely in the works. If A. Vindman hadn't reported the Zelensky phone call, who knows what Rudy and his Russian buddies would have gotten away with?
@MerrickGarlands
@GuntherEagleman
It didn't.
2,686,804 ballots were mailed out
2,264,625 mail-in ballots were cast and counted.
This information is available on the web page of the PA Secretary of State.

LOL...
My guy is always saying "the cat keeps getting into my stuff!"
I always reply, "There's a cat in the house. 'Your stuff' doesn't register w/ the cat."
@MadeInTheUSANJ
Yes. Indeed.
That was an adjudication by a judge during a civil trial.
There is a difference between this adjudication and being "found guilty" of a crime.
Choice of words matter.
@cpage45
@grantstern
@levparnas
You're kidding, right?
Rudy was sent to Ukraine to get all the dirt on Hunter and his Dad.
I think what you're afraid of is that Rudy, under oath, will have to testify that he got nothing.
@RareImagery
@EdKrassen
Well, since the voting machines create a paper copy of the votes cast (95% nationally, 100% in contested states), this was a loser of a case.
He picked the wrong fight.
@KagensNews
@EdKrassen
The First Amendment provides no protection against private action.
I promise you that about 6 dozen MBAs were crunching numbers on this decision, weighing the effectiveness of the ads against possible future backlash.

This particular breach involved a GOP elections official giving actual physical access to the machine. It didn't involve a "hack."

Actually, he just told you how "2000 Mules" was a load of hogwash. And he's not the only person to have debunked it.
Maybe you should go back and re-read it.
@ever_e_mann
@marceelias
The date (written by the voter) IS NOT USED TO DETERMINE THE TIMELINESS OF THE BALLOT. (Check p. 76 of the ruling)
This was the GOP attempt to discard perfectly legitimate mail-in ballots because the GOP knows that Democrats vote by mail.
@NotHoodlum
Wasn't it just a few weeks ago he was trying to convince a judge that he's too busy to spend all his time in a courtroom?
All evidence to the contrary.
@sb_wight
@EmmaScott
it's an analogy.
0.00003 is such a low number when it comes to toddler shootings (&that means we don't have to deal with it)
But 0.0000003 is a huge problem when it comes to voter fraud (that means we have to ban voting machines, end mail voting, send in armed poll watchers...)
@Paul88036324
@GRNS_KEEP
@SYoungMSL

Well, considering that T. Roosevelt's presidency ended in 1909 (before WWII even started), and that Roosevelt was a Republican, I would argue that there's not much to look up on this one.
@Not_ADemocracy
@ReallyAmerican1
The President isn't guilty of any of those things.
The Former president is guilty of almost all of them--and very likely some crimes too.
@ryancduff
@AP
Well, apparently what happened here is that the GOP dropped their objections when they found out the there were more GOPers w/o ID than there were Democrats.
@JonIsTheFuture
@faithmrose
@DenesTorteli
The Democratic Party and it's ELECTED delegates are legally entitled to choice the candidate.
See... I told you you didn't know anything about this stuff.
