Early data from 60 job postings (w/o stock, bonus, etc) but seems like just a touch more. p90 needs more data since not many FAANG-type postings yet.

I basically have two design moves in my pocket.
1) Choose a top 10 font from Design Wolf (eg GT something, Klim, Canela)
2) Baseline that font on the same line and use contrasting sizes.
This css kit makes it sooooo much easier for 2.
New version of Raster, the simple grid system, has been released.
Raster now comes as a fully-featured CSS kit—in addition to the minimal grid system—for making entire websites.

Market pull is tricky.
We learned with Monograph that our customer is specific: 5-20 person firms.
In the early days, we talked to 10 4-person firms and our conclusion was this product is useless, no one needs it.
Only later did we get that our segmenting was one person off.

Customer support as growth
After helping out a customer (either giving a small refund, fixing a bug, etc) I trigger a reminder to email them 2 weeks later for either a review or direct referral to a new customer.
Seems to be about 75% success rate.
