They showed a lost boy from the movie in the convention hall scene and he was still a child. They didn't explain why Peter aged but other toons including from the Disney movie didn't age. So I can't help but feel like this was intentional. So messed up.
and for people wondering if they somehow copied the life of the actual actor for him...um yes. I don't know if this was intentional but oh boy.

Snow White is a considerate person who doesn't think it's fair for her to have room and board without compensation even though as a princess she has the power to do that. In the remake it seems like she is enforcing her authority which I think is out of character for her imo.

I don't understand how anyone can watch that scene and think Eric is forcing himself on Ariel. She's actively trying to kiss him and he was the one shying away. What is up with people? Have they not seen the Little Mermaid? How do they miss the mark this badly?

I hated this scene so much. It just highlights everything wrong with Velma's character. She has a complete lack of humanity. Everyone is freaking out and she's celebrating and twerking over the corpse after she said twerking wasn't for her in an earlier episode.

I'm not against putting this body type in games but shaming another body type is not positive. There was nothing wrong with the first body type or costume. It wasn't sexualized. They basically said being fit = sexualized. Don't shame one group to prop up another.

It is weird that all the marketing is focusing on He-man but the show has been confirmed to center on Teela. Then they get mad when people worry it's a bait and switch. They know they're selling it on the He-man. It's just scummy in the end.
People throwing shade at those cautious about Masters of the Universe, the fact that Teela isn't in phase 1 of the toy line and most of the promotional material shows more of He-Man gives people the right to be cautious. The fact Kevin Smith can't shut up makes things worse.

I totally agree with this. Also, when they try to redeem someone who did much worse than Zuko ever did. Like a character may be a genocidal murderer but because they had a sad backstory people try to make excuses for the evil they did. Trauma doesn't justify traumatizing others.
I hate Zuko's redemption arc, because it's really good, but everyone who talks about it or tries to replicate don't understand why. They'll make a character with childhood trauma and think that them healing from that trauma, usually through friendship or a love interest, will

I see some Catra stans deny she was in her right mind when she almost tried to destroy the world or just say she didn't actually want to. But here it is blatantly spelled out that yes she would rather destroy the world than let Adora win. Again a big reason why she is hated.
