Heya, also a nutritionist, this nonsense theory came from a single study by Northwestern University that was conducted on mice! Late night snacking can cause weight gain but that’s only because it’s likely additional calories and won’t be particularly controlled. 👍🏼🙂

Heh you actually can’t apply for universal credit other than online. In addition your to-do list and daily journal has to be filled out online. You need to authenticate yourself by way of a code sent by text once every seven days as well as your username and password.

Harsh for those of us who have relied on being able to catch fish to supplement our diets. Being on benefits is horrible enough, free food made life a lot easier. All gone now, too much risk of contamination.

I lost a fair bit of weight during second lockdown, have always been interested in nutrition and health and now am doing a degree in nutrition and public health through the OU (I already have 2 masters, one from Oxford) and losing more than 2lbs a week is unhealthy for most.

Not true. His wife showed up at his office with a mate. They had snacks and cake and sang happy birthday when people weren’t allowed to even meet their dying relatives nor sing a hymn at their funeral. Done in the room where these laws were created. This is NOT ok.

In law we had billing targets which we could obviously exceed so that does work but on a vague description of “performance”it just sounds like a bad episode of the apprentice.

It means that they have no record of confiscation and you have no record of retrieving your seized property. Paper trails matter and one day you may need to rely on them. If they don’t exist then you have no proof.

The local staff are great, prompt table service, and helpful for holding doors etc (I’m disabled). Can’t fault the pub itself.

This struck me to be honest, I’m 48 and it was only about 5 years ago that my psychiatrist had to gently tell me that not everyone got beaten like my brother and I did when we were growing up in poverty in South Wales. Shocking to think I honestly thought it was normal!
