Rent controls and a 10 year wait before any new builds can be let out might help? Leave folks with some disposable income to spend in local economy

@2m0sql @amsat_sm I don't think there's anything since the 9700 that can do full duplex for sats from any of the other manufacturers. I'm sure the FTX-1F will be popular anyway, if they can make it full duplex that will fill a niche for a portable radio suitable for sats and make a few more sales!

@2m0sql @amsat_sm If only I was that rich!! If the new Yaesu FTX-1F is full duplex it will make a lovely roving satellite radio - will have an excuse to sell my 817 then. Mind you - not seen the prices on the FTX-1F yet .....
