@ronanlyons @MaoiliosaRey @alxwlsdn @Orla_Hegarty I'm not sure Seattle is a great exemplar of a property market at its finest: significant house price rises (but but a bubble apparently) and one quarter of downtown apts lying vacant. That sounds like a badly managed market.
