@asdfriendly @MichaelRosenYes @charliehacking Amazing son would take a cereal box when out in his pushchair.People assumed he was eating the cereal but he was actually reading the packet to himself. At the start of 101 Dalmatians, when only the parents appear he said 99 Dalmatians are missing!

@BlacksHelpTeam after ordering a cool box in November, and two dispatched which never reached us,(both lost apparently )the order has now been cancelled by you, and a refund is pending.We didn't ask for this-we wanted you to find out where the order was.Useless.

@Ryanair problem with booking but can't a) use live chat as booking reference is apparently invalid or b) speak to someone as the booking is too far do I get out of this loop?
