I'd like to give a shoutout to the Idaho State Trooper on East I-84 near the Boise Stage Stop last night. He was changing someone's tire. As a woman who travels that dark stretch alone, I appreciate it. My car said it was 22°.

Santos is a farm workers in Moorpark CA. Here he is picking and bunching radishes. The recent rains are slowing him down as he tries to shake off excess water & mud from the vegetables before bunching the radishes.

I saw my therapist Tues. She's been on the dementia ride with me. She's afraid I'll die caring for my husband. She stressed again for a memory care facility.
I'm "off" & I can't shake it. I'm failing myself. I have guilt & anguish just thinking about it.🥲

Today our oldest son turned 39. He's my funny kid. I can't believe it was that long ago. I was 26. The hospital gave us a candlelit dinner w/steak & lobster. I think we even got wine.

My Mil, recently widowed, also has dementia. She's in a care home. She's met a man there & they'd like to get married. What?!

Tomato workers in Mendota CA are getting ready to start their day. This weekend is expected to reach up to 112 in the fields. Workers are encouraged to stay hydrated and seek shade when they need rest.
