The ECB just published PEPP reinvestments for Feb & Mar 2023. These data show a return to big net buying for Italy and Spain. Big picture is that - since June 2022 - the ECB does QE for some (Italy & Spain) and QT for others (Germany & Netherlands). Is this still monetary policy?
