@iKissRyujinn 16 hrs is not a long fast at all😭😭😭 its actually healthy to do 16:8 fasting and DOCTORS and RESEARCHERS recommend it.

@sxchibi obviously you eat meals after a successful fast LMFAOOO let’s use our thinking caps baby… i usually do a healthy 16 hr fast and then eat something rich in probiotics and vitamins.

@sickly_eves this is a general chart that should help ! of course you don’t have to stick to it, but it’s helpful to use as a guideline for shaping your brows. i have a heart face and i prefer straight, slightly arched brows

@reenaswrld fasting is especially helpful for people with BED, as it motivates sticking to a healthy diet and restricts the urge to binge. also, if you actually read the chart instead of commenting blindly, stage 3-6 has nothing to do with ‘getting skinny’. ppl fast for all kinds of reasons.

@nanastrvs I FEEL YOUUU the thing that helped me MOST when feeling impatient is saying “the time will pass either way”. drastic results may take months, but the time will pass whether you lock in or not. so what would you rather do, repeat the cycle or take control of your life and thrive?.

@wmeowsz track everything you eat in your notes app, including the cals ! you wont want to binge as much if youre actively acknowledging how many calories you may be over-consuming.

@twforfat nope ! as long as you’re eating within a calorie deficit, you won’t gain. protein just helps you retain muscle. you can add some protein packed fruits/toppings to ur oats to boost ur protein intake:).

@kikiluvsuuu @wholewrldsgrl i get you babe, eating over 900cals freaks me out sooo bad. i would say try your best to eat your safe foods but up the portion size so that you can gradually up your calories. its easier said than done, but it does help.

@manicpixiegw i know it’s extremely hard to do, but you need to prioritize your health in this situation baby. we wouldn’t want anything horrible to happen to you because of something as finicky as calorie intake. pls pls pls at least lower your steps or bump your cals as much as you can. 🫶🏽.

@p4ra_normal i always use escapism to get rid of suicidal thoughts, it seems to work for me ! like video games, books and shows and imagining I’m living in that world instead of this one.

@lyalolera once your fast reaches 15hrs, your body hits a fat burning stage. if you do a 16 hr fast, you get an hour of extra fat burning in the day. fasts also have other health benefits, but fat burning is a main one. eating throughout the day without a fast doesn’t have as many benefits.
