2• fast.start off with 16 hr fasts and work your way up ! if you keep yourself busy (gaming, working, binging a show, etc) then fasting can be a breeze. when you do break your fast, eat a high-protein meal so that you retain MUSCLE and burn FAT ! light workouts will help as well

@lyalolera once your fast reaches 15hrs, your body hits a fat burning stage. if you do a 16 hr fast, you get an hour of extra fat burning in the day. fasts also have other health benefits, but fat burning is a main one. eating throughout the day without a fast doesn’t have as many benefits.
