guys i went to a therapist and they told me i‘ll have to eat 2200-2500cals and have 7 meals a day, otherwise they‘ll get me hospitalized. this is not..im not even underweight, i was still gonna lose so much more :( ill have to get blood drawn and theyll check my lungs now

- breakfast: small piece of bread + no sugar jam, a few grapes + that small little piece of banana :-)
- dinner: soup, potatoes, some sort of dumpling thingies + lean meat

my binges have never gone above 900 cals but i still gain every single time, whenever i try to get out of this shit sweet angels tell me to do maintenance but hows that supposed to work if i gain at 600-1000 cals? its just not effective :( i‘m helpless but its also kinda funny
