Good example of tricky morphologies of BCC. I try and take a mental snapshot of the “top” of the lesion in these types of cases - to prepare me for the for those really tissue conserving biopsies

@msofopoulos Also the local remote hospital here is Naxos must have some basic lab facilities, right - who runs this? Anatomic and Clinical pathology are separate here right?

@msofopoulos I haven’t this trip, but we were very close to your hospital! In Portugal we stopped in a few years back. A nice visit! I haven’t been sure what the 🦠 situation would be as I’m traveling with children
