At-home, over-the-counter influenza+CoVID tests are at CVS, Amazon. Came out earlier this year, I learned. We've gone to the doctor a few times this winter. Pediatrician kindly mentions rapid flu being available, just in passing. (Pic, Sold out.) See your doc when needed #fyi

@emma_furth @DanGrahamMD Agree w/ Dr. @DanGrahamMD Is it a biopsy or resection? If pt is female, HG serous presents as colon not infrequently. Check imaging and OpNote. Call the surgeon to discuss their findings if needed. Sample tumor well. If luminal surface has adenoma, this supports colon origin.

Agree with @RazaHoda LCIS needs more data, ty for the note! If this LCIS has no more necrosis on excision and still no invasion, predominantly classic type LCIS may be the best final dx. Cinically, not much data on LCIS as I understand it due to usu but *not always* incidental.
