A FAKE opportunity. I've heard similar stories from women who are private chefs/caterers. One even came to someone's house, cooked a "romantic meal for two," and then was told "You're the date!" She left in a hurry. I hope she got paid for her time & ingredients!

I was 25, 25 years ago. Companies were pulling the "fire many people and make each survivor do the jobs of 2-3 other people with no promotions or raises" crap then. It has compounded with each recession. So now we're all expected to do the 6-8X the work our parents did.

Several people I know who've had WLS have issues with malnutrition, chronic pain, bone loss, hair loss, chronic digestive issues, often alcohol or other addictions, disordered eating, and many have gained some or all of the weight back (or more). YMMV, but many regret it.

That would help. Also, sometimes people get unintentionally pregnant from consensual sex, despite using contraception. Destigmatizing vasectomies and removing restrictions from a tubal ligations would also help a lot. Sometimes a wanted pregnancy isn't viable or safe to continue.
