If pensioners who get 12k per year are considered too well off to receive the winter fuel allowance, shouldn't MP's on 96k per year be considered too rich to receive housing, heating, travel, and meal subsidies?

Labour has now announced what change actually means. Unfortunately the six POLICIES? Are unmeasurable or wooly, like 6500 new teachers; not MORE teachers. New energy company" no idea what it produces? Total bunkum for the gullible or stupid.

Scottish union rep used their members by striking to cause embarrassment during the runup to the Rutherglen election. Are Labour-controlled councils using their tenants in the same way by increasing council tax?

@ScotNational Does this mean England's not a country but a region in the UK? I suggest he tries floating that little nugget on BBC News then leaves through the fire exit.

170 billion on a nuclear reactor we don't need, many billions more on decommissioning and storage of nuclear waste. Why, when we can build pumped hydro and economically produce and store green hydrogen? Once more England's priorities forced on Scotland

If all pro-independence parties put aside their differences on one issue; the need for a targeted informative publicity campaign to get the message out to the Scottish public, consistently over the following two years. And pulled their resources, would they?

@D_G_Alexander @ScottishLabour @AnasSarwar And Douglas has now moved onto the fear track. We cant explain any policies because we don't have any apart from "change". So we'll go down the " If you don't vote for us, You get them" route. How about we vote for independence and get rid of both parties in one go?

@PeteWishart They know full well Pete. That's why SNP supporters are telling you that the party leadership needs to urgently find new ways of getting the message to the people by using means other than the press and tv media.

@ScotNational In other words, yes! I support whatever my boss says. I have no policies and can only repeat the bog standard "time for change" slogan as prescribed by our communications director.

@DrAnamorphosis Because England sees Northern Ireland as a cost and an irritant and would quite happily ditch it. Whereas England sees Scotland as a resource and useful colony.

@msm_monitor Well done! That's what we should be telling those so-called presenters, Nothing! Using daily rags, spouting rubbish, as if they are trusted providers of accurate information? How about asking questions based on actual facts, not conjecture.

@campbellclaret You really need to follow events, Alistair. Labour has thrown everything but the kitchen sink at this in Scotland. Social media & MSM media overload. Over forty visiting English and Welsh mp's. If they don't win this with a massive majority they've no chance in Scotland. Vote SNP

@ConnorGillies @SkyNews Good God! i nearly fell off my seat; Gilles asking pertinent questions and not taking no for an answer from a Labour PM. I can only hope this newfound quest for answers rolls on to the New Scottish branch of Labour MPs.

@msm_monitor Good god, Millions were wasted on PPE, and Millions missing due to fraud. Millions are hidden in offshore bank accounts. Millions wasted in preferred supplier and test& trace. Millions were hidden in illegal donations. Raffle ticket receipts missing? FFS!
