My youngest daughter is 21; she has lived through everything. The collapse of the economy in 08, we went from upper middle class to bankruptcy and now this. She worked super hard to get into college and she’s missing the college experience.

At some level, I think that HAVING children is selfish. This from a father of 4. Do we have children just to justify our own existence? I know people that don’t have children that have amazing lives and I know people with children that are huge narcissists, kids are ignored

People are awful. My disability is the kind that you can’t see. I know that there are people who think that I’m just lazy. For that matter, sometimes I wonder if I’m just lazy. But what they don’t see is that it often takes every ounce of my strength just to leave my house.
