2022 Region 10 Regular Season Champions, modified dogpile in the rain!. The Stingers are 37-11 overall and finish 18-4 in Region 10, clinching a spot in the East District Tournament May 13-15 at Region 20 (MD/WV) Champion.

I would add a little mobility work for some. Lifting heavy and throwing the ball far is a great recipe!.
I had a conversation with a potential client this weekend that has hit 101mph several times recently and was topping 91 coming out of hs. 2 years ago. I said what are one or two things you attribute your velo jump to? He said “I lift very heavy and do long toss.” @nextlevelbb.
