I would add a little mobility work for some. Lifting heavy and throwing the ball far is a great recipe!
I had a conversation with a potential client this weekend that has hit 101mph several times recently and was topping 91 coming out of hs. 2 years ago. I said what are one or two things you attribute your velo jump to? He said “I lift very heavy and do long toss.”
