@DrMarkOng These antibodies are very prone to suboptimal staining depending on pre-analytic factors. In your photo there is nuclear staining in many cells (unlike in the reference photo). I wouldn’t think MLH1 is abnormal here. But obviously it depends on your experience w/MLH1 in your lab.

Respiratory epithelium can show lots of intraepithelial B cells. I couldn’t find specific literature so we had CD20 done in normal pharyngeal tonsils. ⬇️ The idea is not to misinterpret this normal pattern as lymphoepithelial lesions when dealing with pharyngeal biopsies. ⚠️
