Web2 AAARRR Funnel for the Web3 market However, this framework is currently difficult to implement for two main reasons: 1) Crypto market is primarily driven by narratives, liquidity, and mindshare. 2) Crypto founders either don’t realize the importance of data-driven growth or lack the knowledge to use the tools effectively. Right now, the best strategy is to focus on building a great product, forming a strong community, and engaging in yapping. While data-driven growth is currently challenging to implement, it will become essential in the future. We need to leverage both web2 tools and web3 native tools like @_kaitoai @layer3xyz @Galxe @addressableid @Safaryclub @Cookie3_com @Dune @DefiLlama @nansen_ai @artemis__xyz to enable data-driven growth.
It was the first event in Korea for web3 Growth and GTM strategy. More than 300 builders registered, and many builders joined to share their insights. With all the great feedback we received, we’re planning to hold this event regularly. Thank you to everyone who participated!

Alright, the first project from the @_kaitoai leaderboard @berachain has finally stepped into the real arena! Since Berachain rewarded Kaito Yappers with an airdrop, the other pre-arena teams @EclipseFND @initia @monad_xyz @StoryProtocol @megaeth_labs won’t want to be left behind. The real game just begins. Let’s see how things plays out. Pre-product and pre-TGE with hype is over. Now, it’s all about what happens post-TGE and how real products work in the market.

Fat Beras' village - Why I’m Bullish on @berachain The traditional thesis 'Fat Protocol' has failed. Launching own chains is getting easier nowadays with solutions like OP Stack, Arbitrum Orbit, and RaaS, etc. Also we've seen @HyperliquidX and @pudgypenguins's @AbstractChain cases where core applications drive real user adoption. Their successes are not rooted in the underlying protocol, but rather in their compelling user experience, strong branding, and engaged communities. Berachain ensures its ecosystem grows alongside its applications by integrating POL(Proof of Liquidity). Many apps are already being built to leverage PoL, and Boyco has secured billions in TVL to support this vision. This creates a new paradigm where apps and protocols depend on each other ensuring mutual growth. But yes, I know its real challenge is long term sustainability. A strong meme culture and dedicated community can fuel early success but what happens after mainnet hype fades? High FDV with VCs add further pressure. But it will not be like @blast. Berachain has the potential to redefine how protocols and applications interact with a strong narrative, engaged community, and PoL’s unique mechanics. It aims to spark a self reinforcing cycle of liquidity, usage, and value creation by aligning incentives. Now it’s time to see if Fat Beras can thrive in the long run.
