@NishaWaller4 @katherineJENGBA My boy given a life sentence under JE , he wasnt at the scene, he didnt see the crime. Judge said he should have know his friend could kill someone. He needed to be a mindreader. Only 17 years old, minimum 17 years. Destroyed all our lifes.

Think i may have PTSD, keep on going throu my son's trial in my head, every night, until the early hours. The lies, the corruption , the cover ups. Shocked that all these can happen in a British court. It is exhausting and emotionally draining.

The emotional upheaval of prison visits. The excitement and anticipation all the way there, dying to hug my boy. Two hours of bitter sweet moments, i want to be cheerful for him, to lift up his spirit, although my heart cries for seeing him there. Then I cry all the way home.

Sometimes when i try to tell someone what happened to my son ( to us), i can see the " well he must have done it otherwise he would be in prison" behind their eyes. Total faith in the CPS and the great british justice system. Rude awakening will come for some.

When my son's trial happened, the whole CJS was new to me. I spent the whole trial waiting for the defence to challenge the (obvious) lies, lies that could have easily been proven as such. Thinking they were waiting their turn. It never happened. Lies never disclosed to the jury.

Why are injustices called " miscarriage" of justice? Most are well planned , many have the input of corrupted judges and prosecutors. The name should be " abortions" of justice, nothing accidental about them.

1/2Went to the old bailey today, following a case linked to my son's case. While i waited for it to start, a teacher came up with 3 teens ( roughly 17y olds) , telling them all about the CJS and CPS and judges and blah blah. I couldnt help but asking him have you teach about JE?

On the way to see my son, prayed for a smooth day this morning. Given my track record I guess it was too much to ask. Stuck on the train due to " vulnerable person on the trucks". Is it too selfish to be pissed??

It is not an offence if you fail to stop a criminal act taking place, therefore, where is the fine line in @JENGbA cases (joint enterprise convictions) for simply being at the scene?

@Jliffe @JENGbA How right you are about existence, since my boy was arrested the only few minutes of ' hapyness" is when i visit him, the rest of the time is just going throu motions, with what feels like a hole in my chest. My boy is innocent ( proven in court) but rotting in Belmarsh.
