The crew were also really great at assisting passengers and top tier service.

Last night I got to Kings X and an elderly man approached and said “Can you help me”? Turns out he needed help getting to a hotel as he was returning to Dundee AM. I walked him to the hotel, made sure he got checked in and told him all LNER staff are here to help
