As a non-custodial wallet, we definitely do not log keystrokes. That is just an example of "User activity" and not specific to what we are doing at Phantom. We do collect limited forms of user activity such as certain button clicks in our wallet, but in a privacy-preserving way

Thanks for flagging, this is something we are working on fixing! Simply put, we didn't anticipate needing to handle so many NFTs at once. There is both technical and design work that needs to be done to display so many NFTs in a way that doesn't impact performance.
