He wants to be President of Nigeria. Not Middle belt and Southern Nigeria. So he must visit all these places. He must make his plans and agenda known to them. Sure he won't win Kebbi state in ANY general election when APC is still a party. BUT if he goes from 0% to 8% it's a win.
