I found a circa 1980's dictionary at my dad's is a photo of the entry for the word "gender".
It is as I remember, gender was used as a synonym for the noun (not verb) "sex".

I seriously haven't seen a stocked women's dispenser in years. You know the ones inside the restroom, you put a coin or two in and could buy a *crummy* pad or tampon. They still are hanging there, empty every time.

How often do you think women are getting plumbing, moving homes, painting the house (which anyone who is physically able can do passably) and "landscaping"?
If men had to pay for housekeeping, childcare, cook, laundry, executive assistant, I think that cost yearly would outweigh.

My questions also! I do not like the movie theater because I cannot adjust volume or pause, but a play or musical in live theater sounds fantastic! Where as the museum sounds lovely and quiet (except the kids area) and nice for a little inside stroll.

I know I am not supposed to say it but in the US there is an epidemic of

particularly of Infants routinely. It is a harmful practice. Period. I know the UK hasn't practiced it recently, but I have people I have left friendships over that would defend it instead.

Do you have a version of PREVENT where you are? I’ve reported families for suspected imminent FGM in my school in the past.

Can I add, that puberty starts and stops in a window of sorts-- precocious puberty is exceptionally early.
Normal puberty starts, as early as 8 in boys and 9 in girls. But as late as 13 for boys and 14 for girls.
Just in case anyone is confused.

Another place that ADHD is common is food service, there is always something to do and the nature of quick paced, plus the ability to be creative (within limits) seems that every food place I have worked at has a copious amount of ADHDers both in the Front and Back.

I am legit blinded by the angle of some of these bright lights. My niece has actually screamed out in pain from it. Glad your eyes are so tough that they can adjust after being blasted in the retinas by these awful lights. My high beams on my Focus (circa 2004) aren't even close

Most of the rest of the developed world no longer practices infant circumcision! Wake up USA. It's not cleaner or more helpful, in fact, it's better for both men and women to have their whole genitals through their whole lives.😊

If a teacher cannot stand by their teaching with their name and face, then they have no business teaching whatever it it they teach.
I consider this to be a significant failure of safeguarding, which, according to the DfE's KCSIE guidance, requires the sharing of information in the best interests of children, and gives extensive advice about only recruiting appropriate people to work with children.
