My 91 (almost 92) year old grandpa refusing help with gardening. Sometimes I worry he’s going to hurt himself but I also know that keeping himself busy & moving is what keeps him alive.

17 years ago I lost half of my heart. My mom & sister died in a car accident. I was 15.

I think what people are missing here with this whole thing is that DOG OWNERS are supposed to be responsible for their dogs. If your dog is not good with children and you see children approaching, cross the street. Most dog owners are irresponsible with their dogs.

Easiest way to increase beef intake to gain weight? I’m petite, lean & eat about a lb of beef a day. I’m not concerned with an eating schedule, just want to gain some weight.

What an awful experience. My OB office had a guy who gave me a sweep without my consent. My babies were measuring big and my biggest baby was 7lb. It’s so discouraging at the end of pregnancy to have an awful experience with your office.

Chuck roast seared in bacon grease & cooked at 275 for 4hrs. After searing I added bone broth & a splash of ACV to offset the fat a bit. 🤤 Truly outdid myself.

Here it is! Yak top sirloin — it’s a mix between elk and beef but closer to beef in my opinion. It was really good! I’ll be trying the ground yak later this afternoon. I was told the ground yak will remain red but to just cook it the same time as you would ground beef.
