British meat, fish, chicken, eggs and dairy are still way less processed than that in America. The pasta, breads and other basic carbs are also still so much cleaner than that in America with much less additives etc, also less pesticides etc, so still much better off than the US

Most guys are working m hard to provide, but they keep getting beaten by inflation and not slightly, but by a mile
Between 1970 - 2000 even the poor could work hard enough to somewhat beat it, as inflation was steady vs wages

I agree, I eat takeout maybe once in 3 months (if that) and I live in the west, in a place surrounded by so much halal fast food.
It’s possible to eat healthy anywhere, it just takes effort which people don’t want to do, so blaming the west is easier.

I say this as a woman, a woman being fat means she can’t cook because she either eats out a lot, or eats a lot of junk
Also, she won’t only gain weight in the breasts/butt, her stomach which is the area that expands the most is where she will inevitably gain the most weight.
